Shahid Afridi former Pakistan's team cricketer and allrounder has requested Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to appoint only one captain in all formats of cricket and he also added that captain should be appointed for atleast three years Speaking with a new Channel he said. "If you think Muhammad Hafeez is good then don't just judge him on one series give him proper time and the same should apply to the captain as well he should be there for three years" He said if you choose any player so give him confidence and time to nurture he also added that players should not judge on basis on one or series in which they could not make significant contribution if you think they have ability and talent so give them time and confidence so they could be better player in upcoming time . The 46-year-old veteran cricketer also suggested that the current T20 squad should be given enough time and confidence,so they could perform well in upcoming T20 world cup . He said that the World T20 Cup will be very hard this year because many good teams want to win it. He also said that they should not change the team now. He also said that he wants ,Fakhar Zaman and Saim Ayub will open T20S world cup.
