BAM's position is that it intends to complete a final set of documents next week in response to the SEC's expedited discovery request. The joint progress report also notes that neither Binance nor CZ has submitted documents since the last progress report. The SEC has been in contact with Binance regarding the discovery request, and Binance has responded and agreed to provide a substantive response in the form of a separate letter.
