Dravid on Kohli’s return: “Selectors will decide” India coach Rahul Dravid has spoken about the possibility of Virat Kohli joining the team for the remaining three Tests against England. Kohli missed the first two Tests due to personal reasons and his status for the rest of the series is uncertain. Dravid said that the selectors will have a better idea of Kohli’s situation and they will announce the squad soon. He also said that the team management will try to contact Kohli and find out more.“It’s up to the selectors. They will know more as they are going to name the squad in a few days. We will get in touch with him and see,” Dravid said. According to a report by the Times of India, the Indian selection committee led by Ajit Agarkar is waiting for a clear update on Kohli’s availability for the rest of the IND vs ENG Tests. The BCCI is not keen to force Kohli to play but they will also try to reach out to him considering the state of the Indian middle order. Kohli’s close friend and former South African batsman AB de Villiers recently revealed that Kohli is expecting his second child.
