"Today, when I came across this news from April, I thought I'd share a few thoughts with you all. If a player runs up to the opposing team's bus after a loss and punches another player as soon as they appear, we would usually think that the player can't handle losing, right? But what really gets me in this case is that the player who got punched deserved it. Yes, I'm talking about the incident where Real Madrid player Varane punched Villarreal's Bacca. This incident made me really angry, and I want to talk about it.

First, let me clarify my stance. Normally, I would condemn the party resorting to violence in such situations. However, when it comes to Varane hitting Bacca, I'm completely and unconditionally in support of Varane. The reason is simple: Bacca had it coming. Varane and his wife were expecting a child, and there were concerns about the child's health, possibly leading to complications during birth. So, Varane and his wife were already upset. Now, Bacca, this guy, had the audacity to mock Varane on the field, saying, ""Hurry up and cry, your son won't be born."" Such a despicable taunt.

This wasn't the first time Bacca did this; he had already taunted Varane in a similar manner during a Real Madrid vs. Villarreal match three months earlier. Back then, Varane and Bacca exchanged some words, but Varane eventually let it go and didn't escalate things further. However, this time, Bacca brought it up again. As far as I'm concerned, Varane, as a husband and a father, showed remarkable restraint by not confronting Bacca directly on the field. Instead, he waited after the game near the bus to settle a matter that should have been dealt with off the field.

No doubt, Varane will have to face legal consequences for his actions. But Bacca's behavior was also reprehensible. Trash-talking is part of the game, and I understand that players engage in banter during matches. However, there's a line that should never be crossed. Bacca could have taunted Varane about his performance on the field, but he should never have brought Varane's family into it, especially when it concerns life and death matters. This is the lowest of the low, the most disgraceful thing you can do!

I rarely get so worked up, but there are things that should not be tolerated. Trash-talking has its limits, and while Varane was wrong in his actions, if you put yourself in his shoes, I fully support what he did. I just hope that the disciplinary measures taken by La Liga and the Spanish authorities won't be too severe. Incidents like this are the saddest part of football, and I hope they become less frequent."

Some people indeed have nasty mouths and seem to be asking for trouble.

Being unkind and disrespectful is not the right way to conduct oneself.
