Starknet & Celestia: High-throughput Layer 3 collab.

On January 30th, Starknet officially announced on social media that they will collaborate with Celestia to achieve a high-throughput Layer 3 network. Starknet stated that using Celestia as a modular DA (Data Availability) to establish a high-throughput application chain on Starknet is a game-changing combination. In this collaboration, Celestia Blobstream will be ported to Cairo to enable its use on Starknet.
