I've thought carefully about why my recent winning rate has been so low, and the main reason is the lack of familiarity with the games I've been betting on. The most crucial aspect of sports betting is understanding the sports you intend to wager on. I've been into sports betting for less than half a year, and the games I usually research are the top five leagues that I follow as a sports enthusiast, along with NBA games. These were the games I watched even before getting into betting, so transitioning into sports betting was seamless without any issues.

However, when there are no such games available, my winning rate drops significantly. I don't have the time or energy to thoroughly research every match I bet on, leading to a further decline in my winning rate. So, understanding the sports you're betting on is genuinely crucial. Those with spare time can collect data, analyze historical performance, points scored, points conceded, and other statistics for teams or players to find valuable insights for making wiser decisions.

But if you're as lazy as I am, playing sports betting casually is also an option.

You can't play without understanding. At the very least, you shouldn't go big if you're not well-informed.

You've already summed it up. So in the future, just focus on the games you're good at, right? The purpose of summarizing is to improve. Without improvement, isn't all that summarizing in vain?

In sports, you should at least have some knowledge before you play. After understanding it, you can leave it to luck. If that doesn't work, you can only accept your fate.

"Luck is a mysterious thing. When it comes, we should be grateful and enjoy the joy of victory; when it leaves, we shouldn't be in a hurry but patiently wait for its return. Let's adjust our mindset accordingly.

Keep it up! I hope you'll encounter a turnaround soon."

Actually, you don't need to blame yourself too much. For a sports bettor, no matter how much research you do, your final win rate is likely to be around 50%, and if you're really good, it might be around 60%. So, does this mean you can't make money with sports betting? The answer is also negative. The key to winning is to study and implement effective strategies, and having the right mindset along with a good strategy is what truly matters. The win rate is just the icing on the cake.
