February 12th News: Lakers' new recruit Dinwiddie was interviewed by reporters after today's team practice. When asked why he chose the Lakers over the Mavericks, he said:
"For example, let's say you're a kid who just got beaten up by a bully. The Mavericks are like the type of mom who would say 'It's okay, sweetheart.' while the Lakers are like the type of dad who would say 'No, you have to fight until you win.'"
"I believe a role like the Lakers' is what I need more at this stage." |
