The FIFA Best Men's Player award is given by FIFA to players who have outstanding performances in the respective year, and it is determined by votes from national team coaches and captains, more than 200 media journalists worldwide, and football fans worldwide, each accounting for 25% of the vote. Looking at the voting results, Lewandowski received 535 points from coaches, 555 points from captains, 589 points from the media, and 353,714 points from fans, with a total of 48 points, leading Messi (44 points) and Salah (39 points).
