The Bulls and Rockets clashed today with a physical altercation resulting in ejections for Bulls star DeMar DeRozan and Rockets' Brooks.
DeRozan was the instigator, charging at Rockets' ball-handler Jalen Green during defense, causing him to fall in agony. Brooks intervened to defend his teammate, leading to a verbal altercation and physical altercation with DeRozan. Team personnel from both sides rushed in, with several individuals accidentally falling during the altercation.
DeRozan was ultimately ejected for a Flagrant Foul 2, finishing the game with 16 points on 4-of-15 shooting. Brooks was also ejected for a technical foul, scoring 23 points on 10-of-13 shooting before his dismissal. |
