"How is Jose Mourinho, who once stirred up storms in the football world, doing now? Well, he's currently coaching in Rome, and the Serie A, where he is coaching, has gradually declined in prominence. Even Mourinho himself is no longer as ""special"" as he used to be. Roma has played three rounds of Serie A matches in the new season but has only managed to secure one point in the league, putting Mourinho in danger of being dismissed.

The new season has brought many headaches for Mourinho. Due to Dybala's injury, Roma's season preparations were significantly disrupted, and they had to borrow Chelsea's Lukaku as a temporary solution. Additionally, Roma's defense this season has been lacking. In the words of a Roma midfielder, they have been shot on target 8 times but have conceded 6 goals, which is an unacceptable performance. Therefore, Roma is facing significant issues both in attack and defense.

When problems arise in both attack and defense, the head coach inevitably bears a great deal of responsibility. After failing to win in the first two rounds of matches, Mourinho was already under tremendous pressure. In the latest round, Roma lost 1-2 at home to AC Milan, even though Milan had a player sent off. This defeat was not due to referee decisions or bad luck; it was a pure tactical failure.

After the match, Mourinho, who usually likes to speak at press conferences, decided not to accept any media interviews, indicating his disappointment with the result. Can Mourinho still manage top-tier teams effectively now? Nobody can answer that question definitively. However, based on interviews, it seems that Roma's players still have faith in Mourinho. As for the new signing Lukaku, whether he can rescue Roma and Mourinho remains to be seen. Lukaku's biggest issue is his unstable personality, which could turn him into a locker room issue at any time. Hopefully, it won't lead to Mourinho's traditional search for the mole in the dressing room."

It seems like they need to put in more effort and practice. Going downhill like this is not a good sign.

Roma has indeed shown such inconsistency over the years, going from explosive to lackluster at times. Perhaps it's just part of the team's character and style.

Mourinho is undoubtedly a world-class coach, but he also follows an interesting pattern known as the "Mou Three-Year Law." In the first two years, the team typically shows significant progress and hope, but by the third year, internal conflicts and declining performance tend to emerge.
