Three major South Korean securities companies, New Han Investment & Securities, KB Securities, and NH Investment & Securities, will sign a business agreement at the end of this month to form a "security token consortium" and begin building joint infrastructure. Subsequently, these three securities companies will work out the details of the consortium's composition and operational plan, reviewing various options such as establishing joint ventures and multilateral contracts.
