"On September 13th, according to reporter Michael Scotto, agents have revealed that the Cavaliers have reached an agreement with Justin Powell, a guard from Washington State University.
Powell, who is 1.98 meters tall and weighs 89 kilograms, was born in 2001 and plays as a guard. He went undrafted this year.
During his junior season at Washington State, Powell averaged 10.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.8 assists in 34 games. He had a field goal percentage of 40.8% and a three-point shooting percentage of 42.6%." |
