As far as I know, Virat Kohli is a Sindhi Punjabi. He is a Hindu and most probably lies in OBC.

As per Google, Kohli is OBC. He is of Khatri caste and Khatri caste in the OBC. However, this isn’t an official statement.

I don't think that Kohli is a general caste. I don’t know anything about this status of him apart from that he is a Punjabi who was born and brought up in Delhi. I believe he is an OBC.
