On September 20th, the Cavaliers issued another statement regarding the arrest of Cavaliers' Chief Basketball Operations Officer Kobe Altman on charges of DUI.

"We require our team members to adhere to very high standards of conduct and expect leaders at all levels of our organization to represent the Cavaliers with integrity, professionalism, and responsibility. We will continue to closely monitor the facts and circumstances of this matter and await the resolution of the legal process," the Cavaliers' statement read.
