In the 19th edition of the Asian games, India defeated Sri Lanka by 19 runs to clinch the gold medal.

This is huge for the Indian Women’s team. After losing in the knockouts in the T20 World Cup and the Commonwealth Games, this will be a huge boost for the girls. Hopefully, they can win the next ICC tournament.
