Golden Finance reports that the cryptocurrency exchange Binance is seeking to launch stablecoins denominated in USD, EUR, and JPY in Japan next year. Takeshi Chino, the General Manager of Binance Japan Inc., mentioned in an interview that the company aims to introduce these three tokens in 2024 through a collaboration with the trust banking division of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and may potentially introduce more tokens. According to a statement, the two companies have begun joint research on the issuance. Chino further explained that after issuing stablecoins, users could use them for cryptocurrency trading and potentially payment services. |
