On September 23rd, Grizzlies head coach Taylor Jenkins gave an interview discussing the injury status of Brandon Clarke, a Grizzlies player.
""Since Clarke underwent surgery, there have been no changes to his return timetable,"" Jenkins stated during the interview.
""His current recovery progress is great, but this is a lengthy process.""
""In general, this injury takes about a year to recover from, right?"" a reporter asked Jenkins.
""Yes, but there are also some optimistic expectations, but we need to remain more conservative in our expectations,"" Jenkins replied.
""We are taking it one step at a time. Soon, Clarke will undergo some phased tests to allow the doctors to assess his recovery and see how much strength he has regained. Then, we will build up the intensity based on that. He still has a way to go before returning."" |
