The second warm-up game of India which was scheduled to happen in Thiruvananthapuram has been abandoned due to rain without a single ball bowled. Even the toss didn’t happen.

I don’t think there would be any problem for the Indian team if they didn’t get to play the warm-up games. India is already playing regular one day cricket with the Asia Cup and the series against Australia.

Rains have been affecting a lot of games in this World Cup. I hope rains don’t affect the league matches otherwise it would be a blunder and fans will be very unhappy.

The Indian team is already set. I think it's a blessing in disguise for the Indian team as they got extended rest after coming to play regular one day cricket. This World Cup will also be a long tournament.
