On October 1st, recently, Brooklyn Nets player Cameron Johnson talked about the 2023 Basketball World Cup on the podcast show "OldManTheThree."
Cameron Johnson said, "First of all, there are no excuses for losing; it hurt us, and it was frustrating. Just like if you put in a lot of effort but the result is not satisfactory, it's frustrating. Everyone says we lacked this player or that player, who we should have brought, but we have these NBA players, so there are no excuses for not winning."
In this year's Basketball World Cup, the USA Men's Basketball team lost to Germany 111-113 in the semifinals and fell to Canada 118-127 in overtime in the third-place playoff, ultimately finishing fourth in the 2023 Basketball World Cup. |
