October 1st News: According to Eurohoops, after the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup, the Greek national basketball team has parted ways with head coach Dimitris Itoudis, and it is expected that Vassilis Spanoulis will take over as the new head coach of the national team.
Greece finished only 15th in this year's basketball World Cup, which was disappointing and led to the departure of head coach Itoudis. The collaboration between Spanoulis and the Greek men's basketball national team is highly anticipated, and both parties are eager to work together.
