We often visit betting websites, so how can we prevent our computers from getting infected? I've noticed that many forum members have a vague understanding of antivirus precautions. Today, I want to share some of my experiences with you because it's important to know what to do if your computer gets infected.
(1) Take Precautionary Measures:
Prevention is always better than fixing problems later. Apart from installing the software you regularly use, avoid installing unnecessary software. Especially be cautious about downloading software sent by others; don't download them randomly! If you have some computer experience, you'll know that most download pages from search engines like Baidu are filled with ads and other unwanted software. It can be challenging to find the genuine resource you need. If you really need it, pay extra attention or ask a computer-savvy friend.
(2) Choose Reliable Antivirus Software:
This is essential. While 360 antivirus is good, it is known for having features that some consider intrusive. It's also a large target for vulnerabilities due to its popularity. Personally, I recommend using the "Huorong Security" antivirus software.
(3) Keep an Eye on Your Taskbar Processes:
Most malware operates in the background. When you notice something unusual happening on your computer, check the startup items or taskbar processes. Look for any suspicious processes; typically, malware processes are quite unusual and can be easily recognized in the taskbar.
Finally, if you suspect or confirm that your computer is infected, the most crucial step is to back up your valuable data. If you know how, you can attempt some antivirus scans yourself. If you can't resolve the issue, seek professional help. The key takeaway is to avoid downloading random software. I hope my sharing is helpful to all of you! |
