The legendary Kiwi bowler Shane Bond who was the Mumbai Indians bowling coach for the past 9 years has parted ways with the franchise. He made bowlers like Malinga, Bumrah and Hardik Pandya.

Shane Bond’s tenure was really an amazing one. They have won all 5 trophies in the last 10 years with Shane Bond. But I believe Mumbai Indians will come up with another legendary bowling coach to work with.

I believe Mumbai Indians will put all the effort into getting Lasith Malinga on the board as the bowling coach. Malinga is one the leading wicket-takers in the history of IPL and all of them have come with Mumbai Indians.

Currently Mumbai Indians are playing with two-star bowlers - Jasprit Bumrah and Jofra Archer. They both would disrupt the batting if they got the aid of a good bowling coach. I am sure the Mumbai Indians will provide them.
