The global number of Bitcoin ATMs has dropped to its lowest level since 2021.

"On October 19, according to data cited by CoinDesk from AltIndex, the global Bitcoin ATM installation count has decreased by 7,000 units since last year, reaching 32,500 units, while at the end of 2021, this number was 34,500 units.

The United States, which has the highest installation count, has experienced the largest decline. Currently, there are approximately 26,700 Bitcoin ATMs in the United States. Nevertheless, the U.S. installation count is still 18 times that of the entire European region, which has around 1,500 units."
