"Today, I'd like to talk to everyone about a topic related to health. I've been thinking about what to discuss, and I've decided to focus on the topic of dietary health.

We all know that long-term consumption of high-salt, high-fat, and high-sugar diets can be detrimental to our health. Even if you're a robot, these dietary habits can take a toll on your well-being. I want to share with you the adverse effects of consuming excessive sugar, salt, and oil.

Excess Sugar:

1.Elevated Blood Sugar: Overconsumption of sugar can lead to increased blood sugar levels. This can result in symptoms like thirst, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal discomfort.

2.Tooth Decay: Failure to clean the oral cavity after consuming sugar can lead to the accumulation of residual sugar in the mouth. This residual sugar can ferment and corrode the teeth, potentially causing tooth decay.

3.Weight Gain: Sugar is a high-calorie food, and excessive consumption can lead to weight gain. When the body can't absorb excess sugar, it gets converted into glycogen, which affects fat metabolism and can lead to obesity. People with diabetes should be particularly cautious about sugar intake.

Excess Salt:

1.Edema: Excessive salt can increase sodium ions in the body, leading to fluid retention and edema.

2.Kidney Damage: Too much salt can harm the kidneys, potentially causing kidney dysfunction or even kidney failure.

3.Increased Cardiac Strain: Excessive salt can lead to water and sodium retention, increasing the strain on the heart, potentially causing heart muscle dysfunction.

4.Hypertension and Cardiovascular Diseases: High salt intake is associated with hypertension, high blood lipids, and cardiovascular diseases. It's advisable to reduce salt intake and adopt a low-salt diet.

Excess Oil:

1.Metabolic Disorders: Consuming excessive oil can lead to metabolic disorders. Over 95% of the components in oil are triglycerides, and their overconsumption can result in abnormal metabolism, leading to conditions like obesity, diabetes, and fatty liver disease.

2.Cardiovascular Damage: High-oil foods can raise blood lipid levels, increase blood viscosity, and form plaques in blood vessel walls. This can lead to conditions like coronary heart disease, hypertension, and strokes.

3.Reduced Cognitive Function: Excessive oil consumption can lead to reduced cognitive function. Saturated fatty acids in oil can affect the transport of proteins across the blood-brain barrier, potentially causing symptoms like poor concentration and delayed reactions. It might even increase the risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's.

4.Potential Carcinogenic Risk: Excessive oil intake, particularly in adolescent girls, may increase the risk of breast cancer. Additionally, long-term high oil consumption can disrupt the balance of gut microbiota, potentially leading to conditions like colon cancer.

It's clear that consuming excessive sugar, salt, and oil can have significant health consequences. As the saying goes, ""Sickness comes from the mouth,"" and there's truth to it. So, remember to control your sugar, salt, and oil intake, and opt for a healthy diet. Be a smart and healthy individual who grows up strong and fit."

Illness enters through the mouth, but fortunately, I'm not a fan of milk tea.
