October 28th News: In the NBA regular season, the Celtics defeated the Heat 119-111 at home.
Throughout the game, all five Celtics starters scored in double figures. Jason Tatum had 22 points, Jaylen Brown scored 27 points, Derrick White had 28 points, Josh Richardson contributed 17 points, and Kristaps Porziņģis added 17 points. The five starters combined for a total of 111 points.
However, the Celtics' bench players had four individuals who only scored a total of 8 points. Semi Ojeleye scored 2 points, while Payton Pritchard and Sam Hauser each contributed 3 points. Veteran Al Horford went 0 for 6 from the field and didn't score, but he grabbed 10 rebounds, dished out 2 assists, and blocked 1 shot.
