In a recent tweet, prominent cryptocurrency figure and self-proclaimed Bitcoin OG Lucky expressed optimism about XRP's future, believing that its price is closer to $1 or $10 than most enthusiasts imagine.
With 2.2 million followers, Bitcoin supporter Lucky highlighted various factors that form the basis of his optimistic outlook on XRP. These factors include Ripple's operational progress and the XRP Ledger (XRPL) project.
Lucky pointed out that XRP has seen significant double-digit percentage gains from its August lows. He believes the reasons for this recovery can be attributed to several key efforts.
Firstly, Lucky noted the recent partnership between Ripple and the US exchange Uphold, which supports XRP. This collaboration is expected to enhance liquidity within the Ripple ecosystem, serving as one of the catalysts for potential price growth in XRP.
Additionally, he mentioned that Ripple has begun expanding the utility of XRP on XRPL and plans to facilitate non-fungible token (NFT) transactions. This move could open doors for Ripple to enter the $16 billion NFT market.
Moreover, Lucky highlighted XRPL-based projects, such as the Xumm wallet, which have gained significant attention. Crypto Basic revealed that Xumm has had over 400,000 active users so far this month. Since July, Xumm has accumulated over 600,000 cumulative active users.
Based on these notable developments within the XRP ecosystem, Lucky firmly believes that this digital asset will eventually achieve parabolic returns.
In his words:
""To be honest, I'd say that XRP's price isn't as far from $1 or $10 as we might imagine.""
Simultaneously, Lucky commended the Ripple team for its unwavering commitment to the XRP community. He agreed that only a few projects can recover from a protracted and costly legal battle, which has depleted $200 million from Ripple's treasury. Furthermore, Lucky emphasized the impressive progress Ripple has made in recent weeks.
""We've seen the Ripple team announce several influential partnerships and integrations, including the increased use of Bitstamp and Bitso as Ripple payment channels,"" he stated. |
