Previously, Fiat24 initiated a temperature check vote on the Uniswap governance platform titled "Issuing Visa Debit Cards with the Uniswap Logo." The proposal outlined that Fiat24, a regulated and licensed Swiss bank operating on Arbitrum, relies solely on smart contracts to handle all banking operations, having abandoned traditional servers. Fiat24 serves as the fiat layer in decentralized exchanges like Uniswap.
