As one gets older, the body really doesn't perform as well. It's my own fault for not exercising regularly. If I had joined my dad in practicing Tai Chi in the community and followed my mom for some square dancing, my health wouldn't be in such a bad state. Yesterday, while standing on a chair to fix a lightbulb, I had a mishap and fell down. Now my back is aching terribly, and the doctor said I need to be hospitalized for observation. It's going to cost me money, and they're recommending I buy health supplements – all of which adds up to quite a sum. But it's true that as you grow older, you really should take better care of yourself. Not taking care of your health is not an option. |
