The standout Warriors young talent Paschall from the previous season has transformed into a pariah this season, with poor defense and a negative game attitude drawing complaints from numerous fans. Despite the Warriors' front office adamantly assuring before Paschall's trade that he would stay with the team for many years and wouldn't leave, just a few days after those words were spoken, Paschall was traded to the Wizards, giving a stark reminder of the ruthlessness of basketball as a sport.

Prior to Paschall's trade, especially in 2022 when the Warriors had just won the championship, he was a rising superstar. He played a significant role in the Warriors' championship victory the previous year, and his outstanding performance led people to believe that the Warriors had found Curry's successor. The slogan at the time was ""Win Now, Win the Future,"" and Paschall was the flagbearer of that future.

However, good times were short-lived. The harmonious Warriors, known for their team spirit, suddenly had discord before the season even started. One of the team leaders, Draymond Green, had a dispute with Paschall, resulting in Green throwing a punch at Paschall's face. This incident not only shattered the Warriors' hopes for defending their championship but also shattered the possibility of Paschall staying with the team. Following this internal strife, the Warriors' performance this season fluctuated, and although they made it to the Western Conference's top eight, the team's atmosphere visibly turned strange. Paschall, especially, who was a shining star the previous season, had a poor performance this season. Many of his statistics showed a significant decline compared to the previous season, leading to numerous fans hurling insults at the young player on social media.

Although the Warriors' management later claimed that Paschall was not for sale and would stay with the team for many years, the fact that Green and Curry, as well as Thompson, are long-time teammates and close brothers, meant that a choice had to be made between Green and Paschall. As Green opted out of his contract to become a free agent, the Warriors could only choose one of the two players, and it was clear that Green and Curry favored keeping Green. As expected, the notion of Paschall being ""not for sale"" quickly crumbled, and Paschall has now been traded to the Wizards. The Warriors have decided to rebuild the team around Curry and Thompson, making ""Win Now, Win the Future"" an empty slogan.

No team wants to have a troublemaker on their roster.

Being sold means being abandoned, right? It's okay, just move on to another place and continue working hard to improve yourself!

It's true that Poole didn't perform well last season, while in contrast, Green was the one causing the most trouble.

This season, is Poole considered the most disliked player among Warriors fans?

After falling out with Green, Poole's performance started to decline, and his performance in the playoffs was even worse. I guess he himself probably doesn't want to stay with the Warriors anymore.
