Actually, sometimes I don't quite understand why some people say that regardless of the fluctuations in the value of virtual currency, as long as you continue to hold, you won't incur losses. If I buy a coin at a high price, similar to stocks, wouldn't I incur losses if its value drops? For instance, I currently hold Mana, bought at a high price, and unless its price rises to the level I bought it at, I am already at a loss. While virtual currencies may eventually recover, it takes time, and my initial investment is locked in. Regardless, it seems like I am still at a loss. Can someone explain what it truly means to 'not incur losses as long as you keep holding'? |
