Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated on the X platform that WisdomTree has submitted a revised prospectus (S-1 filing) for a spot Bitcoin ETF.

The analyst indicates that this suggests WisdomTree is still planning to launch an ETF and is in negotiations with the financial divisions of the U.S. SEC. It is anticipated that all issuers will need to submit one of these filings to be prepared to launch their ETF at some point.
