On November 17th, according to Forbes, German federal lawmaker Joana Cotar recently announced her support for recognizing Bitcoin as legal tender in Germany. Cotar revealed her intention to lead a "preliminary review" to establish a legal framework formally recognizing Bitcoin's status as legal tender.

To advance her initiative within the German legislative body, Cotar launched the "Bitcoin in the Federal Parliament" campaign. The goal is to enhance the understanding of Bitcoin's numerous benefits among parliamentary members, thereby making legislative decisions more informed.
