At the end of the year, many people are starting to plan what they want to do in the new year.
Recently, towards the end of the year, have you been planning what to do next year? Currently, I actually have a plan to change jobs. Of course, it's still in the planning stage and hasn't moved into the implementation stage yet. The end of the year is a period when many people consider changing jobs. On the one hand, it's because bonuses are coming, and on the other hand, many people have the thought in their hearts that it's a new year, hoping for some changes in their lives, or hoping to improve themselves. When looking around, they discover that changing jobs is the most likely way to achieve their goals. That's why so many people change jobs at the beginning of the year.
However, changing jobs itself carries risks because it means changing the environment. We don't know if the new environment will be better than the original one. It's natural for us to feel fear of the unknown, so it's normal to feel anxious about what challenges the new job may bring. But I think if you truly have the idea of changing jobs, don't hesitate, just do it. I've seen too many cases in reality where people wanted to change jobs but kept delaying, and in the end, they missed the best opportunity to do so.
In the face of such situations, you need to be decisive. If you don't resign now, you may never resign. It's like confessing your feelings; plans don't always work, sometimes all you need is courage, and then you'll see a whole new world. |
