In the latest Western Conference standings, the Timberwolves and Thunder are occupying the top two spots, with the defending champions Nuggets in third and the Kings in fourth. The sight of these four teams dominating the top four in the West hasn't been seen for many years.

The teams ranked 5th to 12th are: Mavericks, Lakers, Rockets, Suns, Pelicans, Warriors, and Jazz.

The bottom three teams are the Grizzlies, Trail Blazers, and Spurs.
