The leading run scorer from the just finished World Cup, Virat Kohli, will not be eligible to play in white-ball matches when India embarks on its tour of South Africa, which starts with a T20 International in Durban on December 10. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has been notified by Kohli of his decision to take a leave of absence. During the visit of South Africa, India will play two Test matches, three ODIs, and three T20 internationals.
