Blink, and it's Christmas; blink again, and it's the Lunar New Year.
I really like this passage:
'What is the biggest mistake in our lives? It is thinking that we still have time.
Time is free but invaluable.
You can't own it, but you can use it.
You can't keep it, but you can make the most of it.
Yet, once you lose it, it will never come back.'
When we were young, we didn't understand the value of youth. Long live youth.
Now that we've aged, we realize there are many things for which our hearts are willing, but our strength is lacking.
It's a genuine feeling of powerlessness, being unable to control one's own circumstances.
Beside us, it's no longer just our own freedom and joy; there's also the responsibility and duty to our families.
For those on this forum who are still young, please make good use of your time.
As a middle-aged person, I genuinely want to tell everyone, don't assume you still have time.
Look, with just one blink, 2023 is about to end. Ask yourself, where did the time go? |
