Michael Vaughan, the former captain of England, was reminded of the 2001 series against India by Bangladesh's Mushfiqur Rahim's odd dismissal on the first day of the second Test match against New Zealand in Mirpur. Similar to Mushfiqur, Vaughan was also given out for "obstructing the field." The hitters handled the ball on both of those instances. Notably, "handling the ball" was formerly a different form of dismissal; nevertheless, it was eventually included under the heading of "obstructing of field.

Michael Vaughan's wit strikes again! His trolling of Mushfiqur Rahim's 'obstructing the field' dismissal is pure cricket banter at its best.

Vaughan's humor shines through as he playfully pokes fun at Mushfiqur Rahim's unusual 'obstructing the field' dismissal in the 2nd Test against New Zealand. Classic Vaughan!
