The system for the roulette game needs to start betting a bit of time after the ball and wheel start spinning. To ensure there's no correlation between the timer and the bettor, I would have several bettors, each equipped similarly to the timer. They move around randomly to avoid suspicion.

Critical bets will be placed after the ball is thrown. If a bettor consistently places such bets and consistently wins, they will quickly raise suspicion.
