December 12th Update: Today, ESPN salary expert and former NBA team executive Bobby Marks commented on the draft prospects of LeBron James's eldest son, Bronny, during a TV program.
When asked if any team would select the younger James to attract the elder LeBron, Marks said, "I find it hard to envision that happening, especially for those teams entering the top 10 draft positions. If you look at a team like the Hornets, would they choose Bronny James? Some people predict he might go in the late first round or early second round, would the Hornets pick him at the 8th overall position just because they believe they can get LeBron James?
"Teams don't operate that way. They will follow their collectively researched draft strategy board." |
