The Indian Premier League (IPL) will hold its inaugural auction away from home in just one more day. Up to 333 players will be cut on December 19 at Dubai's Coca-Cola Arena, but only 70 spots will be filled, 30 of which are set aside for international cricket players. Further breaking down the total, there are 214 Indians, 119 foreign players, and the final two are from associate nations. Furthermore, out of all the players registered for the mini-auction, 215 are uncapped and 116 are cricketers with caps.
