December 24th, Beijing time. On December 24th, the Warriors defeated the Trail Blazers 126-106 at home, securing their fifth consecutive victory.
After the game, Warriors player Klay Thompson was asked during a post-game interview with the commentators, "Is there a gift exchange activity between the team? Did the team have a Secret Santa gift exchange during the Christmas season?"
Klay jokingly replied, "No, that's not possible, none of that. The rookies just benefit from my presence."
The commentator said, "You are the gift. What about Rocco? Does he have Christmas stockings? That's what I want to know. Because both of my dogs have Christmas stockings."
Klay said, "He does, he has a stocking. There are some jerky treats inside, and some good stuff, so he's being taken care of well."
