On December 28th, it was reported that Hong Kong Digital Asset Exchange (HKbitEX) has signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with the Shanghai Technology Exchange, aiming to strengthen future collaboration in the digital economy field. According to the memorandum, both parties will jointly explore asset tokenization as the foundation to provide comprehensive financial solutions for innovative and technological enterprises. The goal is to address pain points faced by these enterprises in the financing process, including mismatch between financing needs and capital supply, valuation difficulties, and incomplete investment exit mechanisms. |
