On Wednesday, Sachin Tendulkar cheerfully boarded the flight that was headed for Mumbai. India had just pulled off a stunning comeback from a 0-1 deficit in the series, dismissing South Africa for 55 in their opening innings of the second Test, their lowest total since 1932. The little master could still clearly recall watching Mohammed Siraj bowl one of the best spells by an Indian pacer in international conditions. "Making magic at Newlands, Siraj! Perfect length and an enthralling demonstration of seam bowling!" he tweeted. He had no idea that India would also be completely occupied by the time his plane touched down in Mumbai.
