NBA officials have announced that the suspension period for Golden State Warriors' player Draymond Green has ended.
The NBA stated that Green had been suspended for 12 games since December 15. During this period, he took steps to align his behavior with NBA player standards, attended counseling sessions, and met with representatives from the NBA, the Warriors, and the Players Association multiple times.
According to reports from well-known basketball journalists, Green is expected to return to the team next week, and he will need a week for recovery before returning to the court.
As previously reported, Green was ejected from the game between the Warriors and the Suns for throwing a punch at Jusuf Nurkic. Following an NBA investigation, he was announced to be suspended indefinitely. |
