This will be PCA's first-ever winter T20I match played under floodlights. This time of year, they have been hosting domestic matches and Tests, but not a game under the lights. A cold wave and fog are currently plaguing Northern India, interfering with daily life. Those attending the game will have to brave the weather while sitting in the open stands. The management of PCA is prepared to battle dew on the field. "PCA has been hosting domestic matches in the winter, but they are held during the day," stated head curator Rakesh Kumar. Fortunately, during the past two to three days, the fog has decreased.
