Dhruv Jurel has been called up for the first time for India, as the BCCI has revealed the team for the opening two Test matches against England, beginning on January 26. The 16-man roster, led by Rohit Sharma, has been revealed; pacer Mohammed Shami and Ishan Kishan have not been named. Shami's ankle injury is still bothering him, but no official explanation for Kishan's disregard has been provided. Jurel, a wicketkeeper, was added in place of Kishan. But the team has other keepers besides him. The other two keepers are KS Bharat and KL Rahul, so Jurel might not get to start the first two Tests.
