South Korea's financial regulatory authority has stated that domestic securities companies providing brokerage services for Bitcoin spot ETFs listed abroad may violate the Capital Market Act. The Financial Services Commission of South Korea mentioned in a statement that the country will study Bitcoin spot ETF trading matters, and regulatory authorities are preparing rules for cryptocurrency assets.
