In the third Twenty20 International at Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy Stadium, Rohit Sharma proved to be the difference between India and Afghanistan. It was thanks to Rohit (121*) that India was able to score 212 from 22/4. Rinku Singh did contribute, of course, scoring an incredible 69* off just 39 balls, but the Indian captain was the one who proved to the world that he still has a place in this format. He became the first cricket player to score a century in T20I for a fifth time. His work was far from done. In order to determine the winner on Wednesday, a double Super Over was required, so Rohit had to bat twice. As a result, Rohit became the first Indian player to bat three times in a global match.
