Mickey Arthur resigned from his role as director of the Pakistan men's cricket team on Thursday. Following the team's disastrous performance at the 2023 ODI World Cup, this decision was made. Two other foreign coaches at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore, Grant Bradburn and Andrew Puttick, have also resigned, in addition to Arthur. The three were relieved of their coaching duties and given new responsibilities in Pakistan Cricket at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore following Pakistan's lackluster World Cup performance. This was a part of a larger reorganization that happened after the Men in Green's grand finale event in India turned out to be an average one. Arthur served as the Director of Pakistan prior to their appointment at the NCA.
