On January 16th, the Italian Serie A football club AS Roma officially announced that Jose Mourinho would no longer serve as the head coach of the team.
Mourinho's third season at Roma had already commenced, during the previous two seasons, he led Roma to win the UEFA Europa Conference League title and reached the final of the UEFA Europa League in the last season, but unfortunately lost to Sevilla.
